Science supports the idea that children learn to regulate their emotions and responses by observing those close to them practising these skills. As a Polyvagal-informed psychologist and mindfulness teacher, I am here to guide parents on a journey towards a mindful approach to parenting, where self-regulation paves the way for a calmer, more harmonious home environment.
Our offer includes personalised coaching sessions to improve your parenting skills and three core workshops, where we will explore what ADHD is and its impact on your child's behaviours, as well as teach positive psychology strategies to prevent meltdowns, assist with practical challenges, and foster a stronger connection with your child.

Parenting Coaching Session
Our coaching sessions are designed to boost your confidence, expand your knowledge, and improve your skills.
We will meet you wherever you are in your journey: if you are new to our training sessions, we'll begin with some psychoeducation and explore useful strategies to implement. If you have previously attended one of the workshops, we will discuss how you're progressing with the strategies and how you have chosen to apply them. We will also set SMART goals for your family to keep you motivated and foster a positive change.
