Research has shown that people who practice mindfulness tend to be happier and report lower levels of anxiety, depression, anger, and worry. Not to mention the role of mindfulness in improving sleep quality, creativity, and connection to life purpose, all key findings of my MSc research.
Greater mindfulness is also linked to reduced stress and increased feelings of gratitude, hope, and vitality.
So, given the substantial benefits of mindfulness for our well-being, why isn't everyone practising it daily?
The answer often lies in the need for more guidance and support than simply using an app. It's important to understand the foundational processes and research behind mindfulness.
My new program, Mindfulness Journey, is designed to help you fully grasp the concept of mindfulness and start experiencing its profound effects on your life.
In this training, you will benefit from:

Who This Program Is For:
- You are curious about mindfulness and are ready to commit to developing a practice.
- You have previously tried meditation or mindfulness but did not find it effective.
- You want to understand the fundamentals of the practice and approach it from a scientific perspective.
- You experience anxiety, stress, or difficulty sleeping.
- You wish to live more mindfully and feel more alive and present.
Schedule and How to Join
- Weekly group workshops will be conducted via Teams, and recordings will be available in case you miss a session.
- You will be assigned homework and exercises to practice at home to help you build your own practice.
- Additionally, there is an optional accountability group where you can receive extra inspiration to keep you motivated and supported throughout the program.
- Sessions are held at 12pm on Wednesdays and last for 90 minutes
- Group requires a minimum of 3 participants to start. Maximum size, 6 partipants
