So, separately from coaching the adults in the house, I offer Therapeutic Yoga & Mindfulness Exercises for children, including simple and fun exercises that focus on cerebellum stimulation and emotional regulation.
The cerebellum plays a key role in coordination and balance. Still, it also influences cognitive and emotional abilities, including areas where kids with ADHD often struggle, such as attention, memory, and emotional self-regulation.
Kindly note, when kids learn online, I require the presence of a carer/ responsible adult to be in the room with them; they are more than welcome to participate!
